Worksimple App facilitates dialogs between employees, peer groups, and managers. Users can create and track goals, collaborate together, and congratulate each other on a job well done. At the end of a review period, a manager can start a conversation that serves as a performance review. Unlike traditional performance reviews, the Worksimple process is much more transparent, and it empowers both manager and employee. Additionally, for individuals Worksimple can also be used to showcase accomplishments and goals met, as a work portfolio.
Worksimple 5.0 redesign features cleaner design aesthetic, simpler forms, Yammer integration, report feature, on-boarding, goal and progress status on the goal list.
